The Winged Beavers welcomed Brunswick School to the Old Farms Campus Wednesday afternoon. Freshman winger Matt Hahn wasted little time as he opened the scoring early in the first period. Avon would not look back with offensive contributions from Tyler MacMillian and Ramsey “The Goalie” Heitmann. PJ Ryan received “Player of the Game” status after picking up a natural hat trick in the second period. Grant Smith, Jordan Whalen, Mark Zuzolo, Rob Root, Matt Rice and Jonas Mak were credited with helpers. Cam “Boom Boom” MacMillian made his presence felt with some excellent defensive plays.

The Winged Beavers look forward to continue their success when they travel up to the Berkshire School on Saturday afternoon.
