2009-10 Season Preview
We are excited to finally be underway with the wrestling season. The Room is packed with 50 enthusiastic, hard-charging, high-stepping young men (some new, many returners) and we are optimistic about the season. We only graduated 6 seniors last year and we have lots of young talent.

- Evan Hershy at 189
- Blasie Roasati, Isaiah Farrow and Harry Lyons at 285.
Some new talented wrestlers:
- Freshman Vincent DeBlasio at 119
- Freshman Will White at 140
- Junior Eddy Consuegra at 145
- Senior Pete Sweeney at 189
- Junior John Galloway at 215
Once again, we will fill all 14 weight classes, which gives us a big advantage in dual meets. We also have two assistant coaches who are very knowledgeable and motivated: Peter Albert is a returning coach and Drew Tanzosh is new to the AOF program, but is a seasoned wrestler and coach.
The team is ably led by captains Matt Coz (135), Ben LaRocque (152) and Evan Hershy (189).
With our large numbers this year, we (along with other coaches in the league) are making a combined push to beef up our JV programs.
