Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program
Students ages 14-15 who are entering grades 9 or 10 are encouraged to join our Counselor-in-Training Program. This program will focus on preparing these teens to be future leaders. The program will promote leadership skills and help the CIT's become more confident in their ability to handle leadership positions such as full-time camp counselor positions. The program is a combination of educational activities, group work, and hands-on training. The goal is to place each CIT in a number of different groups and activities to allow them to develop their skills as a counselor and learn what type of activities suit them best. Space is limited in this program.
CIT program hours are 8:30-4:30.
