Before he became the toast of the town in the City of Angels, Jonathan Quick stood between the pipes for Avon Old Farms School. Jonathan graduated from Avon in 2005 after leading the Winged Beavers to two New England Championships. This past season Jonathan rose to hockey-stardom as the lynchpin for the LA Kings' miraculous playoff run. With an NHL-best 10 shutouts to his credit this season and a Vezina Trophy candidate as the top netminder in the league, Jonathan Quick now stands on the verge of hockey immortality with Lord Stanley's Cup waiting in the wings.
