Andre Jones scored three touchdowns and had 170 yards rushing. Quarterback Eric McGrath’s leadership and pinpoint passing kept the Loomis defense on their heels for most of the afternoon. McGrath completed 12 passes for 207 yards and he rushed for one touchdown. Tight end Brian Sweeney and wide receiver Pat Irwin had excellent games making some spectacular catches that kept AOF in the game. Dan Righi and Andrew Valentine led the defense with some of the most pivotal tackles in the game and Valentine’s quarterback sack finished off a very competitive and hard hitting Loomis squad in the overtime.
