Director of Athletics Geoff Barlow '98, said the ceremonies are a way to celebrate these students for their achievement.
"We are very proud of these thirteen young men and know they will represent us well when they're competing at the college level next year," Barlow said. "They have carried on the tradition of Avon Old Farms athletics and will represent us well in the future!"
Many of the athletes had family in attendance at the ceremony, and the rest were supported by their Brothers and teammates, who crowded into the room, cheering for every name announced.
