UP NEXT

Now through May 31: End-of-Year Art Show in Ordway Gallery and Tiernan Room open to all students and families. The Ordway Gallery features AP student work and AIP projects and the Tiernan Room displays work from all students who have taken arts classes this year. The show is the culminating exhibit and the most exciting display of our student's incredible and diverse talents! The exhibit will be on display until May 31.
Sat., May 26 at 2 p.m.: Commencement Concert - Livestreamed
Sat., May 26 at 5 p.m.: Senior Awards Ceremony - Livestreamed
Sun., May 27 at 10 a.m.: Commencement - Livestreamed

Class of 2018

We will send final transcripts to colleges during the week of June 11. We will send to only one college, so if your son has come off a wait list or has changed his college in the Family Connection, please let our office know.
We will also be uploading final transcripts to the NCAA Initial Eligibility Center for all students who have registered as prospective student-athletes.

Class of 2019

Faculty members Joe Martinez and Rob Werner have joined our office as College Counselors. They bring excellent College Counseling experience to our program. They will each have a limited number of advisees from the class of 2019.
This spring in Avon Advantage, those students not involved with the test prep program should have completed the biographical information, school information, and activities sections of the Common Application. They should also have completed a draft of an essay responding to one of the Common Application Writing Section prompts. The college-specific questions and supplemental essays will become available on August 1.

Testing

June 2: SAT and SAT Subject Tests. Late registrations accepted through May 23. Test is not administered at AOF.
June 9: ACT Test. Late registrations accepted through May 18. Test is not administered at AOF.
July 14: ACT Test. Registration deadline is June 15 with late registrations accepted through June 22. - Test is not administered at AOF.
August 25: SAT and SAT Subject Tests. Registration deadline is July 27 with late registration accepted through August 15. Test is not administered at AOF or internationally.
September 8: ACT Test. Registration deadline is August 10 with late registration accepted through August 24. Test is not administered at AOF.
