Driver's Education Available

In partnership with The Next Street, driver's education classes are available on campus. Classes begin Feb. 10. Read Details

Sun., Jan. 27 at 1 p.m.: Scholastic Art Awards Reception and Award Program

Wed., Jan. 30: Long Winter Weekend

  • Shuttles from AOF are not available during long winter weekend; however, and you can utilize the Student Concierge Service. If your son wants to stay off campus with anyone other than with his family, permissions from both parties must be emailed to Jill Craft, Executive Assistant, at
  • Students must complete all academic/sports commitment before they can leave campus.

Application Decisions

Application results are important to us. Remind your sons to share their application decisions with their counselors.  For those students who have been deferred or wait listed, continue to communicate with the admissions representatives providing updated information and expressing continued interest.

Remember to complete the FAFSA if you will be seeking financial assistance.

College counselor assignments have been communicated and counselors will begin meeting with students over the next few weeks.

There is a password failure issue among parent and student users of Naviance both within and outside of the Avon Old Farms community. This known defect is being addressed by Naviance technical support and should be resolved within the next few weeks. If you receive a password failure message when attempting to change your password or log in to Naviance, please contact Claudine Meaney, College Counseling Administrative Assistant, at We are maintaining a list to ensure all password failure issues are resolved. Sat., Mar. 9: SAT and Subject Tests—Your son will need to register with his account by February 27.
