7:30 - 8 a.m.	Welcome Table - Early arrivals can pick up their name badge for the day in the Field House.
8 – 8:30 a.m.	Morning Meeting with Head of School Welcome for students and guests in the Field House
8:40 – 11:30 a.m.	Welcome Table - Stop by the Riddle Refectory to enjoy light refreshments and pick up your name badge.
8:40 a.m. – 12 p.m.	Class Visits
8:40 a.m. – 12 p.m.	Admissions Interviews for siblings of current students in the Admissions Office Please call the Office of Admission to schedule an interview in advance at (860) 404-4243.
8:40 a.m. – 4 p.m.	Hawk's Nest School Store open
8:40 a.m. – 5 p.m.	Give A Book Program in the Baxter Library
10 a.m. – 1 p.m.	Jostens Ring Representative School Ring Orders in the Hawk's Nest
11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.	Buffet Lunch in the Field House
12:45 – 1:45 p.m.	Family Weekend Concert in the Brown Auditorium Can't make it to campus? Watch the LIVESTREAM
1:45 – 5 p.m.	Teacher Conferences for parents who live a great distance from school (over 2 hours). All appointment slots have been filled. If you were unable to make an appointment, you can meet with your son's teachers on Saturday morning.
2 – 2:45 p.m.	Class Meetings with parents 9th and 10th grades - Brown Auditorium 11th grade - Adams Theater 12th grade - The C hapel
2:45 – 5:45 p.m.	Individual College Conferences Counselors are available for brief Individual College Conferences for the parents of their senior and post-graduate college advisees. Please contact Christie Reif in the College Counseling Office at reifc @avonoldfarms.com to schedule a brief appointment with your son’s counselor.
2:45 – 3:30 p.m.	Standardized Testing in the College Process with Adam Ingersoll, Principle at The Compass Education Group
3 – 4:45 p.m.	Parent Reception under the new pavilion
5:15 – 6:45 p.m.	Buffet Dinner in the Riddle Refectory Off-campus options available—students leaving with their parents for dinner must check out with Dean of Students Office.

The Baxter Library will be open from 8:40 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday. Please join us for the Annual Book Drive!

Note: Students Leaving For the Weekend

Students leaving with their families or friends for the weekend must check out via the REACH App following their last commitment. Students going somewhere other than home must fill out a leave request and check out with the AOD at (860) 882–3168.

Boarding students are due back from the weekend by 9 p.m. Monday.

All students must attend morning meeting on Tuesday.
