We look forward to welcoming you to Grandparents & Grandfriends Day on Wednesday, May 8, 2019!

Grandparents & Grandfriends Day is a very special opportunity to spend a day with your grandson at Avon Old Farms. We begin around 9 a.m. and end around 1 p.m. (or later if you would like to stay to watch a game).

Have Your Picture Taken With Your Grandson

We'll send you the photo as our gift to you in early June.

8:15  - 8:55 a.m.

Registration and Coffee in the Refectory

Grandparents and grandfriends will be greeted by parking directors upon arrival and then directed to the Refectory for registration.

9 - 10:50 a.m. 

Attend Classes With Your Grandson

(Not all classrooms are handicap accessible.)

11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Concert, Poetry, and Headmaster's Welcome in the Susan Casey Brown Auditorium
12  - 1 p.m. Buffet Lunch in the Field House
1 - 2 p.m. Optional Guided Tour of the Campus — meet at the Victory Bell

  Grandparents and Grandfriends Day is officially over after athletic contests. Students may check out with Mr. Doyle for an off-campus dinner with their grandparents or grandfriends but must return by 7:45 p.m. for Study Hall.
