Avon Old Farms Football Camp

The Avon Old Farms football camp is designed to improve each player’s fundamentals & techniques, understanding of the game, and competitive spirit in a fun, energetic inclusive environment. Each camper will be coached by current members (coaches and players) of the varsity football program. Our coaches will work closely with players to help them develop their skills while instilling an enthusiastic approach to working hard.

  • Time: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Cost: $325
  • Ages: 7-14; co-ed

Football Program Overview

Players will have access to meticulously maintained fields and athletic facilities that are among the best in New England. The athletic tradition at Avon Old Farms is well established, and the football program is part of that great tradition. Avon has established a strong record of sending players to some of the top collegiate programs in the country. Graduates have joined football programs at Princeton University, Colgate University, Brown University, Columbia University, The University of Wisconsin, and many more.

11:00 - 11:30 a.m. Winged Beaver Combine Circuit/Competition
11:30 a.m. - noon Winged Beaver Ball Game #1
noon - 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1 - 1:20 p.m. Offensive Positional Drills
1:25 - 1:45 p.m. Defensive Positional Drills
1:50 - 2:20 p.m. Winged Beaver Ball Game #2
2:25 - 2:45 p.m. Competition Finals
2:50 - 3 p.m. Camp Meeting Finish the Day

Daily Check-In / Check-out

Players should be dropped off at the Avon Old Farms Athletic Fields each day at 8:45 a.m. Warm-ups will begin promptly at 9 a.m. Players should be picked up at 3 p.m.


Prior to Camp

Please make sure all required documents have been completed and uploaded to our registration system.  This must be done two week prior to the start of camp.  Click here to login and view your account.

Photo & Information Release Statement

Throughout the summer, the opportunity may arise for your child's picture to be taken for camp publications. It is assumed that the parent/guardian condones this practice unless a written note stating otherwise is received on or before the first day of camp. For safety reasons we do not publish or release the names or any other personal information about the children whose photos we use or who attend the camp. Your information is confidential and secure.


For the safety and welfare for all campers, Avon Old Farms Summer Camp Programs reserves the unrestricted right to dismiss any camper whose conduct or influence, in the opinion of the Camp Director, is detrimental to the best interests of the camp. There will be no refunds in this case.
