An Update from the Alumni Council

The Alumni Council, led by Alumni Council President Rob Gryboski ’88, recently gathered for its first meeting of the year and welcomed ten new members to the Council. It was a great opportunity to bring together returning and new members, reconnect as a group, and look ahead to an exciting year of alumni engagement.

Members heard from school leadership about what’s happening across campus and joined members of the Student Council for lunch, creating an opportunity for meaningful conversation between current students and alumni. The Council then dove into committee sessions, working together to map out priorities and initiatives for the year ahead.

From expanding our mentorship opportunities and preparing for Career Day to growing the Alumni Network, strengthening the Class Ambassador Program, and building momentum around One Avon Give Day, there are plenty of ways for alumni to stay connected and make an impact on the Avon community.
