AOF Alumni Network Mentor
This mentoring program connects alumni to offer career guidance, resume reviews, and job shadowing opportunities. Focused on fostering meaningful connections, mentors provide valuable support to fellow alumni in shared fields of interest.
A5 Mentor
African American alumni volunteers in the A5 Program extend a warm welcome to new mentees and mentors, sharing their experiences while offering invaluable support and guidance. Their involvement is especially impactful for seniors and post-graduates as they navigate the college process, affirm their sense of belonging, and gain insights for life beyond Avon Old Farms.
Advanced Independent Projects
Offer a one-time one-hour presentation for one to three AIP students. This program is for upperclassmen who show exceptional skill in a niche area. Given the space to experience a trade with the guidance of trained and proven professionals, students build their resumes and gain invaluable experience as they seek specialized education.
Alumni Council
The Alumni Council fosters a strong, lifelong connection between alumni and Avon Old Farms. Made up of dedicated alumni leaders, the council enhances bonds among alumni, students, faculty, and staff through events, networking events, support and resources.
