My passion for strength and conditioning blossomed while I was playing sports in high school. I always loved the environment of team lifts and the energy that my coaches brought out of us. While I was playing baseball in college, this passion grew, so I completed multiple internships, including one with Sacred Heart University Athletics. After earning my undergraduate degree in exercise science, I completed my master’s degree in strength and conditioning. During this time, I got my CSCS and FMS level 1 certifications to further my knowledge. What I truly enjoy about my role is working with athletes in all different sports and helping them unlock their athletic potential. I have been the Director of Sports Performance for the past two years at Avon.

Just like an Avon education has impacts that reach well beyond a student’s four years on campus, the lessons learned while attending an AOF athletic summer camp are lessons to last a lifetime.
