Standardized Testing, Preparation, and Registration

Many colleges remain test-optional; however, more are reinstating testing following the Ivy League and large state institutions’ lead. Most notably, recently, the University of Miami has announced it will require testing for this rising senior class.
SAT and ACT Policies and Score Ranges for Popular Colleges and Universities can be found here, or at FairTest.org
We recommend that our students take both the SAT and the ACT in the fall of junior year (December 6th,2025, and December 13th, 2025). From there, the preferred test can be the focus for the rest of the junior year testing options.
